**Limited Analysis Over New Years** I think Penn State is showing amazing value at +7, especially when the Nittany Lions are good enough to win this game outright. However, I do suggest buy the .5 point if possible to make it +7.5!

Penn State went on the road and beat a Northwestern 34-24 during the regular season. I believe Northwestern is a very similar team to that of house. Both teams have explosive offenses led by a strong quarterback, but a defense that can't stop anybody. BET THE NITTANY LIONS +7!
