Point Spread: -7/+102 Houston

Result: Win
Today's winner is Houston over Penn State. This is my NCAAF Shocker Play of the Year.
Houston comes into this game very pissed off after suffering their only loss on the season to SMU. On paper, PSU looks to be the stronger team. But, they lost to all 3 top-shelf squads they faced this season in Alabama, Nebraska, and Wisconsin by a combined 89-32. They also struggled against mediocre teams as well. QB's, McGloin and Bolden have 9 TDs and 9 INTs between them. McGloin is listed as doubtful today which means RS freshman Paul Jones will most-likely see some action here. The only offensive weapon they have is RB, Silas Redd (1188 YR). PSU has not faced the caliber of this air attack. QB, Case Keenum has 5099 YOP, a 71.7% completion rate, and a 45/5 TD/INT ratio. The Cougars "D" has steadily improved throughout the season. The Nittany Lions are 2-9-1 ATS vs. teams with a winning record, 1-5-1 ATS their L7 games played as a 'dog, and 0-5 ATS their L7 non-Conference games. The Cougars are 5-2 ATS their L7 games played on field turf, 7-1 ATS their L8 games played as a favorite, and 7-1 ATS their L8 overall. Take Houston. Thank you.
