Western Kentucky edged out Kentucky and then beat Southern Miss last week. Neither of those teams are any good, and Western Kentucky still has some question marks on the offensive side. Arkansas State has a great quarterback in Ryan Aplin. The Red Wolves can pile up the points in bunches, and I'm not sure Western Kentucky can keep up.
