NCAA Betting Preview Bookmaker.com betting line – The No. 5 Oklahoma Sooners felt the importance of losing their superstar forward Blake Griffin after losing two straight games to both Kansas and Texas. However, Griffin has returned to play and the Sooners will try to get back the swagger they have carried all season. The No. 15 Missouri Tigers are most probably what many consider the surprise team of the conference. The Tigers had a legitimate shot at winning the Big 12 outright before getting blown out by Kansas on Sunday 90-65. However, the Tigers can still deliver another surprising performance if they could find a way to take down Blake Griffin and the Oklahoma Sooners this Wednesday night. Missouri has played extremely well against Oklahoma over the last few years and will get to host the event where they are a perfect 17-0 this season at home. The Tigers have won the last 5 of 7 games over Oklahoma. Missouri had nearly sneaked into the Big 12 regular season title picture, but those hopes quickly vanished in a poor performance against Kansas. Missouri has now put together wins in 11 of their last 13 games and a respectable ranking inside the top 25. DeMarre Carroll is been the leading scorer for Missouri this season averaging a solid 17 points per game. Leo Lyons has also been stellar for the Tigers supporting with 14 points per game as both forwards pose a dangerous threat on the inside. However, the Tigers will need a big effort from the entire team to take down the Sooners in upset fashion this Wednesday. Oklahoma superstar Blake Griffin returned to the court after missing two games with a concussion. Griffin posted 20 points and 19 rebounds in his night back to lead the Sooners over Texas Tech 78-63. Griffin is tied for first in the NCAA in rebounds pulling down 13.9 boards per game this season. When Griffin has been healthy, Oklahoma has been stellar and they have a good shot at earning one of the number 1 seeds for the NCAA Tournament barring any upsets. The Sooners also have a sporty pair of guards to add to the scoring attack. Freshmen sensation Willie Warren has posted 15.1 points this season while junior Tony Crocker also has averaged double figures with 10 points per game. Oklahoma will look to cap off the season on strong terms and possibly get some vengeance in the Big 12 Tournament set for next week. What to watch for… Blake Griffin against the boards will be the key aspect to watch. The Sooners were out rebounded against Kansas and equal against the boards against Texas. Considering, Missouri does not have an excellent rebounding team, Oklahoma should have a big advantage on the glass. The Sooners have yet to lose a game this season where they have had more than 2 rebounds over their opponent and that will likely be the case again this Wednesday night. Pick – Oklahoma

NCAA Betting Preview Bookmaker.com betting line - The battle in the Big 12 is shaping out to be a dandy of a race. The Oklahoma Sooners appeared to be the dominant team in the conference before losing their last two straight games probably caused by the loss of superstar Blake Griffin. The No. 15 Kansas Jayhawks now sit on top of the standings in the conference one game ahead of both Oklahoma and Missouri. The no. 8 Missouri Tigers have kind of quietly sneaked into the picture and are putting together a great season. Missouri has a tough back to back scenario as they host Kansas and then will take the road to play Oklahoma in two games that will determine how the Big 12 regular season title shapes out. The Tigers could get everyone back to two losses in the conference if they could come up with a big win at home against Kansas on Sunday. Kansas lost to the Tigers earlier this season in a close exciting game 62-60. The loss was the only ugly mark on the Jayhawks schedule over the past two months as they have won 12 of their last 13 games. Kansas could control their own destiny with a win over Missouri on Sunday considering they own the head to head battle with Oklahoma. Kansas could get some revenge from their earlier meeting with Missouri this season and put a strangle hold on the conference all in one showing this Sunday. The Jayhawks are averaging 77.4 points per game on the season led by junior guard Sherron Collins. Collins ranks 4th individually in the Big 12 scoring 18.3 points per game and is coming fresh off a big 26 point performance in the Jayhawks win over Oklahoma. Amazingly, Kansas out rebounded Missouri 42-26 in the last meeting despite the losing effort and they simply need more scorers to step forward this Sunday. Missouri has one of the most potent offenses in the country. The Tigers rank 5th in scoring offense averaging 82.6 points per game on the season. Missouri is led by two seniors at the forward position on the inside. Leo Lyons and DeMarre Carroll lead the Tigers posting double figure averages. Lyons has posted 14.3 points per game this season while Carroll is averaging 17.1 points per game. The two standouts are also posting 7 rebounds each per night and they will need to be strong against the glass Sunday. In the last meeting, Missouri speedy defense posted a lot of problems for Kansas. The Tigers posted an outstanding 26 turnovers in the game while recording 14 steals in the contest. The Missouri aggressive defense will need a similar performance this Sunday if they want to continue to surprise people in the conference and around the nation. What to watch for… Keep you eye on the glass game. Both teams shot very poorly in their last meeting. However Kansas completely dominated the boards, but simply could not make any shots. Look for things to be a bit different this time and bank on Kansas knocking down a few more shots compared to the 41% shooting from the floor and 2-15 (15%) shooting from behind the arc in the last meeting. Pick – Kansas

College Football Betting Preview  SBG Global Opening Line: Texas - 7 , Total 68  The Texas Longhorns are in the spotlight for the second consecutive week. Last week they beat #1 Oklahoma and took over the top spot in the polls this week. Now they have to face #11 Missouri who was upset by Oklahoma State last week. If Texas is able to stay at the top of the rankings no one can say they did it by facing an easy schedule like USC has done in previous seasons. The Longhorns played #1 Oklahoma last week, face #11 Missouri this week, and have #7 Texas Tech and #8 Oklahoma State after the Tigers. Saturday’s game won’t be easy for the Longhorns. They have to find a way to slow down Heisman Trophy candidate Chase Daniel and a powerful Missouri offense. Daniel did not play well last week and it cost the Tigers the game against Oklahoma State. “Put it all on me,” said Daniel, “I should have made all three of those throws. It seemed like we were a little bit off all night. For the reason, I have no idea.”  Texas has a Heisman Trophy candidate of their own in quarterback Colt McCoy. He has completed 79.4 percent of his passes with 17 touchdowns and just three interceptions this season. “He’s just making those plays, and he knows when something’s not working why it’s not working,” said Texas head coach Mack Brown, “Last year, we thought he got frustrated some and tried to move probably a little bit faster than he should at times because he was trying to make plays on his own.”  Texas has defeated Missouri the last four times the teams have played and won by an average of 23 points per game. Here are more College Football betting stats for Saturday’s game. The Tigers are 6-0 ATS in their last 6 road games vs. a team with a winning home record. The Tigers are 8-0 ATS in their last 8 road games. The Tigers are 15-5 ATS in their last 20 games overall.  SBG Global Current Line: Texas - 4 , Total 67  The Longhorns are 5-0 ATS vs. a team with a winning record. The Longhorns are 7-0 ATS in their last 7 games overall. The Longhorns are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 home games. The Longhorns are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 conference games. The Longhorns are 12-5 ATS in their last 17 games in October.  The Over is 7-1 in the Tigers last 8 road games. The Over is 5-0 in the Longhorns last 5 conference games. College Football Betting Preview SBG Global Opening Line: Missouri  - 11 , Total 69  Fourth-ranked Missouri will try and avoid the upset bug that has bitten many teams in the Top 10 this season as they travel to Nebraska on Saturday. The Tigers are solid favorites to win the game but history could be against them. They have not won at Nebraska in 30 years but with quarterback Chase Daniel and a high-powered offense they have a good chance to end the drought on Saturday. SBG Global reports that early College Football betting has the public taking Missouri on the Road.  Daniel has already thrown for 1,412 yards, 12 touchdowns with just one interception this season, and leads an offense that ranks second in the nation in both scoring (53.8 points per game) and total offense (595.5 yards per game). The Tigers have excellent receiving options in Jeremy Maclin and Chase Coffman and a running back in Derrick Washington, who has rushed for two touchdowns in each of his first four games. “They’re good across the board,” Nebraska coach Bo Pelini said. “They have a good running game and a good passing game, but it starts with the quarterback. Then you throw in Maclin. You can’t focus on stopping one guy or you’ll get killed.” The Cornhuskers could have real trouble against the Tigers considering they allowed 377 yards last week in a loss to Virginia Tech. Last year the Cornhuskers were torched by Daniel as he threw for over 400 yards in the Tigers 41-6 win.  Nebraska could at least keep this close considering Missouri is ranked 112th in the nation against the pass. Huskers quarterback Joe Ganz passed for 278 yards last week and will probably need even better numbers if Nebraska is to stay in the game this week.  Here are the College Football betting stats for Saturday’s game. The Tigers are 7-0 ATS in their last 7 road games. The Tigers are 14-4 ATS in their last 18 games overall. The Tigers are 7-3 ATS in their last 10 conference games. SBG Global Current Line: Missouri  - 11 , Total 69  The Cornhuskers are 3-7 ATS in their last 10 home games. The Cornhuskers are 4-11 ATS in their last 15 games overall. The Cornhuskers are 2-7 ATS in their last 9 conference games. The Cornhuskers are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games in October. The home team is 6-0 ATS in the last 6 meetings between the two teams.  The Over is 6-1 in the Tigers last 7 road games. The Over is 15-6 in the Cornhuskers last 21 home games. The Over is 5-2 in the Cornhuskers last 7 games overall.  Pick: Missouri 4 out of 5 units

One of the best games of the opening college football weekend should be in St. Louis as Illinois plays Missouri on Saturday night. Last season the Tigers defeated Illinois 40-34 in the season opener. The Tigers were one win away from the BCS title game last season while the Illini played in the Rose Bowl. SBG Global reports that early NCAA Football betting has the public taking Missouri at Home.
Â
Missouri comes into the game ranked higher, simply for the fact that they return virtually everyone including quarterback Chase Daniel while Illinois lost Rashard Mendenhall to the NFL. This is a key game for both teams since neither has a difficult game for almost a month following this contest.
The Illini have not found a replacement for Mendenhall and it is expected that both Daniel Dufrene and Troy Pollard will get playing time in this game.
Â
The key player in this game will be Illinois quarterback Juice Williams. He has the potential to keep Illinois in the game and pull off the upset. Last season he did not play well in the loss to Mizzou. Eddie McGee came into the game in relief last year to make it close. This year it is all about Williams and he must play well or the Illini have no chance. Both teams have exciting receivers. The Illini have Arrelious Benn while Missouri has Jeremy Maclin.
SBG Global Current Line: Missouri - 8.5 , Total 59.5
Â
Here are the NCAA Football betting stats for Saturday’s game. Last season the Illini were 0-3 when allowing more than 26 points, while Missouri scored fewer than 31 points in just one game. The Fighting Illini are 1-6 ATS in their last 7 non-conference games.

The Tigers are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games on turf. The Tigers are 6-0 ATS in their last 6 non-conference games. The Tigers are 6-1 ATS in their last 7 neutral site games. The Tigers are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 vs. the Big Ten.
The Tigers are 12-3 ATS in their last 15 games overall
Â
The Over is 4-0 in Illinois’ last 4 games overall. The Over is 5-1 in the Fighting Illini’s last 6 games on turf. The Over is 9-4 in the Fighting Illini’s last 13 non-conference games.
