Indianapolis Colts at Jacksonville Jaguars Pick and Preview
The Indianapolis Colts can clinch their 7th straight post-season berth with a win on Thursday night at Jacksonville. The Colts have not lost a game since late October, winning seven straight. “At 3-4, we knew what the problems were,” coach Tony Dungy said, “A lot of it was ourselves and our execution. That’s what we focused on, more so than pointing the finger at someone or figuring out who was to blame. A lot of that gets back to the players really listening to the coaches.”
Jacksonville Jaguars at Houston Texans Pick and Preview
ESPN has had a lot of luck on Monday nights this season with excellent matchups but that luck may have run out as two teams likely to miss the playoffs get together this Monday as Houston hosts Jacksonville. The good news about this matchup for ESPN and for football fans is that it should be competitive.
Jacksonville Jaguars at Denver Broncos Pick and Preview
The Denver Broncos will go for their seventh straight home win dating back to last season as they host the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday. The Jaguars and Broncos have met six times in history with each team winning three times, although the Jaguars have won the last three meetings. Last year the Jaguars won 23-14 against Denver and outrushed the Broncos 186-47 in the game. Jacksonville will look to run the ball again on Sunday as Denver has the 25th ranked run defense in the NFL. This season the Jaguars have struggled to run the ball though, after ranking 2nd in the NFL a year ago.
