LeBron James was out of the Miami Heat’s lineup against the Chicago Bulls on Saturday night, missing his second straight game because of a sprained left ankle and he is questionable for the game against the Hawks. This is not a good setup for a Hawks team that seemed to lose steam down the stretch in the game against the Houston Rockets. They are just a few games behind Orlando and Miami in the Southeast division and they are sitting in the fifth spot in the Eastern Conference. This win could set the pace for a comeback within the division.
It is obvious the Heat is not the same team without LeBron James in the line. He is a consistent scorer for the team but contributes in other areas such as rebounds and control of the rock. The Heat need a win without James in the lineup and returning home to face the Hawks in travel mode, may be just what Miami needed.
