Mavericks Fall 111-105 Against Oklahoma City - Game Recap
The Mavericks were burned for 40 points by Kevin Durant on Thursday as the Thunder picked up a 111-105 win at Chesapeake Energy Arena.
The Thunder earned a straight-up victory but suffered an ATS defeat in failing to cover the 10.5-point spread. Over-Under bettors who played OVER the total of 207.5 were rewarded with a winning wager.
Oklahoma City got 19 points from Serge Ibaka and another 18 points from Kevin Martin. Russell Westbrook contributed 10 assists, while Serge Ibaka cleaned the glass with 17 rebounds.
Dallas got 32 points from Darren Collison in a losing cause and another 17 points from Chris Kaman. Shawn Marion contributed 7 assists for the Mavericks, while Shawn Marion had 9 rebounds.
The Thunder hit the break trailing 45-43 before taking care of business in the second half.
Oklahoma City had a 56-46 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.
Oklahoma City looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Rockets. The Mavericks will aim to get back on the winning track vs Denver.
