The red-hot Detroit Pistons will try and stretch their winning streak to nine as they travel to face the Atlanta Hawks on Tuesday night. With only two games left before the All-Star break, the Pistons will try and stretch their winning streak to 10 games with wins on Tuesday at Atlanta and Wednesday at home against Indiana. SBG Global reports that early NBA betting has the public taking Pistons on the Road.
The Pistons were dominating in their win on Sunday against Charlotte, winning 113-87. Tayshaun Prince scored 14 of his 21 points in the first quarter and the Pistons never looked back. "This team has been criticized since I got here for starting slowly,'' Pistons coach Flip Saunders said,"You can't say that about them right now.” The Pistons may be one team that doesn’t want the All-Star break to come. “We had an eight-game winning streak in the beginning of the year, I believe an 11-game winning streak, and I think this is another eight one, so it’s another stretch where we are playing some great basketball,” said Tayshaun Prince, “I don’t know if you want to go on an All-Star break at this point, but at the same time I know guys are looking forward to the rest.”
