Opening Line: Red Sox -180 , Total 10 Flat
Game #2 of the World Series between the Colorado Rockies and Boston Red Sox takes place on Thursday night with a rookie pitcher taking on a seasoned veteran. Colorado’s Ubaldo Jimenez is just 23 years old but has proven that he can handle the pressure as he has a 1.59 ERA in just over 11 innings of work in the postseason. Boston goes with one of the best playoff pitchers in history in Curt Schilling. In 18 postseason starts, Schilling is 10-2 with an ERA of 2.25.
SBG Global reports that early betting has the public taking Red Sox at Home.
Schilling is coming off a must win game in the ALCS in Game #6 against Cleveland as he held the Indians to six hits and two runs over seven innings. Jimenez has been virtually untouchable in the playoffs and has earned the #2 spot in the rotation behind Francis.
SBG Global Current Line: Red Sox -200 , Total 10 Over (-115)
