NFL Preseason Week 3 Recap, News, and Notes

Posted by: Andrew Ryan on Aug. 31st, 2010

The 2010 NFL preseason betting campaign wrapped up its third week of play on Sunday night. Here at Bang the Book, we've got you covered for all of the most important news and notes from around the NFL and its third week of preseason betting action!

There is only one game on the NFLX betting slate on Sunday night, and it comes to you from the Mile High City, as the Denver Broncos face off with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Any time that the Detroit Lions or Cleveland Browns can get a victory, it's a good day for their franchises, even if that win does come in NFL preseason betting action. We look at the NFL preseason odds at this duel in the Motor City for Saturday night's nationally televised game on the NFL Network.

NFL betting action from the Lone Star State commences on Saturday night, as the in-state rivals the Houston Texans and Dallas Cowboys have a good ol' fashioned Wild, Wild West showdown at Reliant Stadium.

The Louisiana Superdome will be the site of yet another fantastic NFL preseason betting battle on Friday night, as the host New Orleans Saints will lock horns with the San Diego Chargers in what could amount to be a very early look at Super Bowl XLV.
